[Section 14.1(f)] of the Existing Credit Agreement is amended by # deleting the “and” immediately preceding clause (ii) thereof, # deleting the “; and” at the end of clause (ii) thereof and inserting in lieu thereof a comma, and # inserting the following as a new clause (iii) thereof:
